7. Your ads will never promote drugs (legal, prescription, or illegal) including alchohol and tobacco.
10. Your ads will never promote violance or advocate against a protected group.
11. Your ads will never promote copyrighted content without permission.
12. Your ads will never promote counterfeit designer goods.
13. Your ads will never promote any form of gambling.
14. Your ads will never promote hacking and cracking sites.
15. Your ads will never promote miracle cures.
16. Your ads will never promote prostitution.
17. You will always support ads with competitive claims with real data such as charts or comparisons backing up the competitive claim.
18. Your ads will never promote weapons.
19. Your ads will never solicit funds.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your ShowYourAdHere.com account. While ShowYourAdHere.com prohibits such conduct and content, you understand and agree that ShowYourAdHere.com cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and, despite our best efforts, may be exposed to such materials and that you use the ShowYourAdHere.com service at your own risk.
NO REFUNDS. ShowYourAdHere.com incurs fees and costs for every ad transaction regardless of the relationship you have with the publisher. ShowYourAdHere.com will never provide a refund.
Limitation on Liability.
In no event will ShowYourAdHere.com be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Web site or the Service, even if ShowYourAdHere.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
